Trop Rocker Howard Livingston and his band, The Mile Marker 24 Band, released their seventh album earlier this month. The album titled ‘Sell You Stuff, Keep the Dog, Live on an Island’ was recorded in Nashville, TN.
Howard hosted a CD release party at Boondocks Grille and Draft House. Not only was it a celebration of the new release, but it was also a charity event. The band and its fans raised over $7,000 for the KOA Care Camps which is an organization that sends children suffering from cancer to summer camp for free.
Livingston, a local favorite and beloved performer, has raised in all over $500,000 in his career for charity.
